More than 30 000 Vacation Apartments offered for sale in Bulgarian resorts |

More than 30 000 vacation apartments are offered for sale in the Bulgarian coastal and ski resorts, data for the Bulgarian property market in the end of June shows.
Black Sea coastal resorts offer nearly 22 500 apartments for sale. Over the past year supply has increased by nearly 6000 apartments, 24 Chassa newspaper reported.
The increase, compared to supply in June 2005 is 37 per cent. Apartments at different construction phases are offered for sale.
Most of the property offered for sale is located in major resorts like Sunny Beach and Sozopol.
Vacation property is also gaining popularity in smaller, less famous resorts and coastal towns.
Winter resorts offer 12 000 apartments for sale. The increase, compared to the property on sale in same period last year is 152 per cent. Most of the apartments are located in Bansko.
Though supply significantly exceeded demand this year prices remained stable, the report said. Highest prices were registered in the well-known summer and winter resorts. Location and the level of completion determine prices, 24 Chassa reported. |
