| Once you have completed our Purchase Option Agreement Form, and we have received your holding deposit of £2000, we will arrange for you to come over and see everything for yourself - the location, the development and the property. You’ll be able to soak up the atmosphere, experience the lifestyle and, most important of all, build a close relationship with the team of local professionals who will be looking after your interests. |

| On that trip you will sign the Preliminary Contract direct with the developer and make an initial payment (typically 30% of the purchase price). During the course of construction you will pay one or more instalments, followed by a final payment. Then the deeds are transferred to you and the property is yours. |
